eCampusLynx™ Student Portal is an interactive, secure way for your students to keep track of and print out their class schedule, course history and grades, request official transcripts and even receive special notifications from the school.
The Portal opens with a secure login page and the design of the Portal is customized for each school based on the Individual needs and requests of the school. The following example was created for IAU College Of Medicine
The Student Grades page, shown above, is a typical screen from eCampusLynx™ Student Portal. On this page, the Student can review their entire course history including grades and choose to print an unofficial record by clicking the "Print" button. An official transcript can be obtained from the school simply by clicking on the "Request Transcript" button. The "Profile" and "Schedule" buttons at the top of the page access the Student's demographic profile and current class schedule.
eCampusLynx™ Faculty Portal is an interactive, secure way for your Faculty Members to keep track of and print out their current class schedule and their approved courses. It also enables them to post grades for their current course load. The Portal opens with a secure login page and the design of the Portal is customized for each school based on the individual needs and requests of the school. The following example was created for Dunlap-Stone University in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Faculty Grades page, is a typical screen from eCampusLynx™ Faculty Portal. On this page, the Faculty Member can post grades for their current courses by entering the grade for each Student and clicking the "Post Grades" button. They can then print a hard copy record of the grade report by clicking the "Print" button. The "Profile" and "Schedule" buttons at the top of the page access the Faculty Member's demographic profile and current course schedule, the "Courses" button accesses a list of Approved Courses the Faculty Member is qualified to teach.
Instructors can create their own test bank with eCampusLynx™ Online Testing and Reporting Portals. The portals can handle multiple test formats where students can register for and take online tests. Immediate test results are provided to all parties and test results are maintained by the system.
