Efficient Financial Aid Processing & Management of Federal Title IV Funding
eCampusLynx™Financial Aid module enables you to track financial aid packages for both non-traditional and traditional schools, including unique loan packages offered by your school.
The first example was created for a professional truck driving school and is a sample of the use of this module within the framework of a non-traditional program. It begins with a Financial Aid Needs Analysis page, shown here, listing the Campus Based Budget and available packages, including PELL Grants, subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford Loans, Perkins Grants, federal SEOG Grants, CWSP Grants and other awards, such as the Military Assistance Program.

The second example was created for a medical institute and is a sample of the use of this module within a traditional program. It also begins with a Financial Aid Needs Analysis page, shown below. Please note the differences with the first screen above, reflecting the unique customization aspect of the eCampusLynxTM system. The budget worksheet shows not only the budget calculation for each academic year; but available financial aid packages, including Federal subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford Loans, Federal Work Study, Federal Plus Loans and Direct Plus Loans, Federal Direct subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford Loans as well as other financial aid sources.
After entering the data, clicking the "Post Award Source and Amount" button will open the Award Source and Award Amount maintenance screen, showing loan or grant sources, award amounts, fees, disbursement dates, loan guarantors and more.
Opening the Student Accounts Receivable screen, below, shows the Account Summary, Financial Aid Awards, Enrollment and Status and details the student's Account Receivables. Hard copy reports can be printed with the click of a button, and the data is readily available for export to other financial/accounting software.
